Wickum Weld Return Policy & Warranty Information  

If you are not satisfied with your Wickum Weld product, you can return it within 15 days upon receipt. Wickum Weld’s guarantee doesn’t cover damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our warranty. Because of the size and weight of some Wickum Weld products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping charges you may have paid to receive your Wickum Weld product.

Returns will be charged an additional return fee of 12% of the purchase price. A full refund for the price of the product will be automatically applied to the original payment method within 14 days of Wickum Weld receiving returned product, less fees. If your Wickum Weld is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee. All products must be returned in the original packaging.

THIS LIMITED 3 YEAR WARRANTY is made by Wickum Weld Inc. to the original retail purchaser of Wickum Weld products. Wickum Weld will repair or replace any Wickum Weld product found to be defective in materials. Components such as but not limited to shocks, trays, locks, and latches carry a limited 3-year warranty. This warranty is effective from date of purchase by the original retail purchaser of Wickum Weld products.

This warranty shall not apply if the product has been subject to misuse, abuse, improper installation, modification, or improper maintenance. This warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, labor, inconvenience, or other charges that may occur. The purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever for the installation and use of Wickum Weld products.

Wickum Weld products are designed and sold for storage purposes only and should not be considered as protection for the vehicle or passengers in the event of an accident.

Wickum Weld Inc. assumes no liability for injury, loss, incidental or consequential damages in the event of a collision or rollover.The powder coating on Wickum Weld products are warranted for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the peeling of the original powder coating from the aluminum surface to which it was applied. This warranty DOES NOT cover scratches, chipping, or fading of the original coating due to normal use and/or abuse of the product.In the event of any breach of any warranty covering Wickum Weld products, the sole and exclusive remedy of original retail purchaser shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective products or parts.

Installation of any Wickum Weld products in any matter other than that recommended by Wickum Weld will void the warranty.
